Flex Days provide a welcome vehicle to explore larger goals for student engagement, learning, and growth. Flex days create opportunities, in space and time, to seek a deeper fulfillment of the school's mission and to design and organize for student inquiry, agency, and voice. Flex days offer the gift of time, outside of the normal instructional schedule, to draw in experts, to create involved multidisciplinary explorations, to collaborate across classes and grade levels. Flex Days provide opportunities to explore a stand-alone topics based on student or shared student and faculty areas of interest.
